Dora is a Certified Trainer and consultant in Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at Punt Kick | Shaping DEI Competence, president of Diversja Association. Coordinator of the Living Library Poland network (2014-2023). Graduate of Cultural Studies and Italian Studies at the University of Wroclaw, and since 2017 a lecturer of Intercultural Communication at the same University. LinkedIn Top Voice 2024. Winner of the 30 Creative Wroclaw | 2021 edition. Certification: DEI Strategies for Business Impact | University of Cambridge Judge Business School | Executive Education.
Dora has been working in the training field since 2003 and has years of training experience in the field of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, human rights education and intercultural education. She has conducted trainings, workshops and strategies in this area for companies: Google, The Walt Disney Company, Transcom, Semrush, MERCK, Innocap among others. She supports organizations and institutions in developing and implementing DEI strategies, initatives and inclusive leadership programs based on authenticity and empathy.
Organising Living Libraries and creating a safe, inclusive communication space, she facilitates important and difficult conversations making space for the underrepresented voices.
For two years, as Head of Training and Quality Development at the Human Library Organization, she was involved in adapting the Living Library to diverse cultural contexts in South Africa, Tunisia, Belgium and Italy, among others.
She is the co-author of “Guide to inclusive communication” and an E-book “Short guide to Inclusive Leadership”
