Tamara Thorpe is a Leadership and Organizational Development Consultant, the owner of TNT Development and founder of Real Mentors Network. She helps organizational leaders better understand intercultural and multi-generational differences to strengthen their teams and organizations. She has more than twenty years experience in coaching and training, and has been a member of SIETAR since 2006, and currently serves on the Board for both SIETAR Ireland and SIETAR Europa.
